Commercial Facade Remodels
Many cities offer commercial businesses loans or grants to help pay for updating the “facade” or exterior look
of your building. We will work with any municipality to help you get the most you can out of your building and
every dollar. Your facade is a customers first impression of your business. Many businesses see increased sales
and interest in their services after these remodels. We have helped Dino’s bar and restaurant, and Points
East Pub with facade remodels. We have plans to remodel the facade of Monica’s on Astor. Below
