Kitchen Surface Remodel before/after
This is what we call a surface remodel. We didn’t change the layout.
We swapped cabinets, counter tops, sink, and flooring. We also
installed new 6 panel doors and trim. We continued the LVT or
Luxury Vinyl Tile into the bathroom.
They hired us back to repair a consistent leak in their roof. We were the second
company they hired to fix the leak. We fixed it, and repaired their chimney flashing.
No more leak! We also performed an emergency sump pump replacement for
them.
